We are a small company, our offices are located in Isère, France. Our warehouses as well as those of our suppliers are located in different countries.

- To avoid high storage and labor costs, we work directly with our suppliers and therefore have no middleman. This allows us to offer you really advantageous prices compared to what you could have in a physical store.

Simply choose your items from the drop down menu on the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is on its way.
Why haven't I received any order confirmation email?
Most of the time, it's because the customer accidentally misspelled their email address.
We send you several emails informing you of the progress of your order so that you have all the necessary information.
So, if you think you have the wrong email address, then do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to resolve this problem quickly.

Currently, you can pay by credit card or Paypal account on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers or payments on receipt

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

- You can return your ordered items to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a full refund. The return costs are your responsibility.
- If ever, for a reason beyond our control, your package is lost, do not hesitate to contact us. We will initiate a refund procedure, or we will send your package back to you.
Be aware that a package is considered "lost" if it has not been delivered to you within 30 days.

Delivery times :
The delivery time is 3 to 21 working days on average , after processing your order. Delivery times are specified in the sheet of each product. For some products, we deliver in less than a week.
How can I track my package ?
Most of our products have a tracking number. Some smaller products unfortunately do not have one.
However, whether or not your product has a tracking number, our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. You are therefore covered and protected from any risk

Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
We work with several suppliers, when you place an order, each supplier is responsible for their particular products.
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, articles from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most certainly arrive shortly.
If you order 5 different items, you will therefore receive up to 5 different packages and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster, some will be slower). On the other hand, if you order the same product 5 times, then they will all be sent in a single package.
Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered via different carriers or your local post service depending on your order.
I made a mistake in the delivery address, what should I do?
Don't worry, if your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no more changes can be made.
